The times that really test us are the times where we find our inner power to break through into new expanded versions of ourselves.

These times can be scary and we may feel that we are losing everything we once knew. I understand as I have experienced this at times on my own journey to self realisation.

These tests also illuminate our true power and can be catalysts for wonderful shifts in our lives: to see the beauty and magic of who we really are and who we came here to be.

We can’t do it alone. We need a holding space for transformation and to find empowered solutions to the obstacles in our lives.

I provide a restorative and re-energising space for you to come back into alignment. I help you to navigate through stress, adversity and conflict back to wholeness, peace and a more expanded version of self.

I use shamanic and energy techniques, sound healing and gentle, supportive guidance to help you transform difficulty and exhaustion into balance and expansion.
