How I work

My sessions have helped people to clear emotions and stagnant energy from their systems in just one session. The work can be powerful. (See testimonials). However depending on what you present with, you may need more than one session with an option to ‘check in’ between sessions to help with integration.

I work intuitively with the nervous system, the mental, emotional and physical bodies and the bio-energetic field. While I work with energy and channel using light language, I aim to be down to earth and not too ‘woo’. I have a professional background and am trauma informed too so I’m really conscious about going at your pace and to welcome all parts of you at the session.

I do not tie my gift into any type of belief system and it operates on an experiential intuitive basis.

I actually believe that this gift works collaboratively.

I also believe that we are all already whole beings.

I work with the one field of consciousness which intelligently knows what is needed. We work together on an issue and I simply hold the mirror up for you to receive what you need. In this way I do not know ‘better’ than you. You bring the awareness. I connect to and show you the possibility of the healed state. I don’t work in a dual way or believe that I am somehow better or more gifted or know more than you. I will not be prescriptive but will gently empower you to embrace the possibility of transformation.

This modality is integrative so it works on bringing any separated or lost aspects of self into the whole.

I sometimes use breathwork coaching if anxiety or sleep problems are presenting. I am a CPCAB qualified breathwork coach.

I also use sound therapy. I am a Level 2 qualified sound therapist and have instruments at my home therapy space in Bristol. This can help with restoration and relaxation and some of the nervous system and release work.

I work from my nurturing home therapy space in Bristol.

I am fully insured.
